The Documents module allows documents to be revised whenever necessary, with the aim of keeping their content always up-to-date. To revise a document, the user must be its elaborator; otherwise, it will be necessary to request a revision. For more information, access this article.
To start the revision, follow the steps below:
Access the Search menu, locate, and select the document you wish to revise. You can use the filters to refine your search; if you want more details, access this article.
Access the document in question and click on the Details option of the document. The Review option will be displayed; click it to proceed with the document revision.
The system will then inform you that the revision has been created and you will be directed to the document elaboration screen. The elaboration can be done at this moment, or later by accessing the pending task generated in the elaborator's tasks.
