The dashboard of the Opportunity Management module was designed to help users visualize the most important data related to improvement opportunities registered in the system.
Below is a detailed breakdown of each section of the screen to better understand the available options:
View Filters
At the top of the screen, you’ll find filters that allow you to adjust the information displayed on the dashboard.
- Organizational Unit
Select a unit to view only the data related to it.
- Process
Filters the improvement opportunities according to the processes registered in the system.
Heatmap
A heatmap is a graphical representation of data in which values are represented by colors.
In this chart, the left side will display a summary of the identified improvement opportunities, and the right side will show the number of opportunities based on probability and impact:
- Total Opportunities: this option displays the number of opportunities identified for the selected unit.
- To Implement: refers to opportunities evaluated as priorities for implementation. These are distributed in matrix areas with medium and/or high probability and impact, where implementation is considered necessary and beneficial.
- To Consider: these are opportunities that require more careful analysis before deciding on implementation. They are generally in zones with low probability and low or medium impact, and are considered less critical.
- To Archive: includes opportunities classified as having no current priority — those with very low impact and probability.
Clicking on each of these options takes you to the query screen with more details about the respective opportunities.
Opportunity Task Steps
This panel displays a column chart showing the number of tasks linked to improvement opportunities, categorized by type and status. Each column represents a task type in the treatment workflow:

*Implementation;
*Effectiveness.
Within each column, tasks are segmented by status, identified by colors: On time, Due soon, Overdue.
Improvement Opportunity Status
This panel displays a column chart showing the number of opportunities, categorized by status:
*Open;

Opportunities by Origin
This chart shows the number of improvement opportunities identified based on their source:
*Internal Environment: Opportunities identified within the organization (e.g., internal audits, team meetings, process observations, staff suggestions). These usually arise from operational experience and a pursuit of internal improvements.
*External Environment: Opportunities detected outside the organization (e.g., client feedback, supplier assessments, regulatory changes, market and competitor analysis). These help the company adapt to its external environment and boost competitiveness.
