Editing a user allows you to update the information on their registration screen—for example, name, password, user level, deactivate, among others. To edit a registered user, follow the steps below. Remember that you must have the appropriate permission.
- Access the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Users.
- Find the user you want to edit and click on their name.
- When the user profile screen opens, make the necessary changes in the fields and click Save.
It’s also possible for the user themselves to edit their own information. To do this, they should click the icon with the initial of their name, then click on their own name as it appears in the system.
