Registering users on the Qualyteam 20.22 platform allows employees to access the system and carry out their responsibilities. If they are not registered, they won’t be able to access or consult any information in the system.
To register a user in the system, follow the steps below:
Access the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen and select the Users option:
Then, a screen will appear listing existing users. Click New User to proceed with the registration:
Next, a screen will open to enter the employee’s registration information. Fill in the fields as instructed below:
Name: Enter the name of the user being registered.
Email: Provide the employee's email address.
Password: Enter a default access password for the user. It must have at least 4 characters.
Confirm Password: Enter the same password as the previous field.
User Levels: Select which user level the employee will belong to. For more details about user levels, refer to this article.
Language: Choose the language in which the system will be displayed for the user. Available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Chinese.
After entering all the information, click Save to complete the user registration:
Then the system will display a message confirming that the user was successfully registered.
If you wish to cancel the registration and return to the previous screen, click Cancel.
