Register documents: Allows the user to register a new document in the system.


Delete documents: Allows the user to delete a document registration from the system.


Edit documents: Allows the user to edit existing documents.


Search documents: Allows the user to consult documents already registered in the system.


Export documents search: Allows the user to export the master list with all registered documents.


View all tasks: Allows the user to view the pending tasks of all other users.


Delete distributed controlled copy: Allows the user to delete the controlled copy information of a document.


Required reading control: Allows the user to view and control mandatory readings for all users.


View activity logs: Allows the user to view the change logs made in the documents module.


View dashboard: Allows the user to have read-only access to the documents module dashboard.
