Whenever necessary, the system allows document files to be downloaded in the same format they were uploaded. However, to perform downloads, your user level must have the appropriate permission enabled. For more details, refer to the related article


To download a document file, follow the steps below: 


On the home screen, locate the Search menu and click on it:


On the query screen, find the document you wish to download and click on it. If needed, use the available filters to help locate the document: 



Once the document is open, locate the arrow icon at the top of the screen: 


Two options will appear — click on Download file to download the main file of the document:


Once downloaded, you can open the file from your browser’s Download icon or from your computer’s Downloads folder:


If your document has attached files, you can also download them by clicking on Download file and attachments: 


If the document has no attachments, this option will be disabled, as shown below:
