The Document Management module allows you to request a document review whenever necessary, with the goal of keeping its content up to date. Therefore, to request a document review, follow the steps below:
Access the Search menu, locate and select the document you wish to request a review for. You can use the filters to refine your search for more details, refer to this article.
Next, the document view screen will open. Select the Details option. For more information about this screen, refer to this article.

If your user is not responsible for creating the document, the option Request Revision will be displayed. Click it to continue.
Next, enter the reason for reviewing the document in the Reason field, and then click Save.
The system will notify that a review request has been sent to the user responsible for preparing the document. That user will need to review your request and approve it for the document to be revised.
